用透射电镜对大肠杆菌以及大肠杆菌受到３种不同抑制剂抑制时的形态进行了观察，结果发现不同的抑制剂对大肠杆菌的不同抑制作用表现在大肠杆菌的微观形态发生了不同的变化，同时结合微量热的方法，测试了３种不同抑制剂作用下大肠杆菌的生长代谢热谱，热谱曲线的分析结果与透射电镜观察结果吻合。
