提到体重,人们第一反应都是减肥,肥胖已经不再是人们发福的追求,它不仅在一定程度上缩短了人的寿命,而且是一种慢性疾病,是引起各种慢性疾病的罪魁祸首。对于人的生活质量也有诸多影响,为此世界卫生组织已把肥胖作为一种严重的慢性疾病进行重点防治。有数据显示,如今全球大约有16亿成年人超重。不得不承认体重作为影响人们生活的一项重要因素,体重管理、体重控制、减重等一系列新的概念开始活跃在人们的视线当中。大多数人都认为三者都和体重有关,意思相近,其实不然。本文旨在从体重管理、体重控制与科学减重这三者的概念、需求对象、三者之间的关系角度出发,对三者进行区分探讨,使人们对于体重管理有更深入的了解,指导人们更加清晰地了解自己的身体、体重,获得一种健康的生活方式。
