为了获取三维数值化概念机模型的浸润面积和横截面积等几何特性 ,本文提出了一种基于离散化面元的估算方法。在以大量的离散面元表示每个部件曲面的前提下 ,通过累加不被其他任意部件曲面所遮挡的面元的面积来估算一个部件曲面的浸润面积。离散出的面元还被用于求取全机这样的组合曲面在某一站位处的横剖面多边形 ,而横截面积则用累积多边形不被其他任意部件遮挡的各边与参考轴间的梯形面积予以近似。该方法在一个计算机辅助飞机概念设计系统中的实际应用表明 ,它可以方便地应用于不同类型的概念机模型 ,且估算精度满足概念设计阶段的需要
In order to obtain geometric properties such as wetting area and cross-sectional area of three-dimensional numerical conceptual model, a method based on discretized binning is proposed in this paper. The wetted area of a component’s surface is estimated by summing up the area of the bum that is not obscured by any other component’s surface, with a large number of discrete bins representing the surface of each component. The discrete bins are also used to find the cross-sectional polygons at a station of a composite surface such as a full-machine, while the cross-sectional area is defined as the area between the sides of the polygons that are not obscured by any other component and the reference axis Trapezoidal area to be approximated. The practical application of this method in a CAAC concept design system shows that it can be conveniently applied to different types of conceptual machine models and the estimation accuracy meets the requirements of the conceptual design stage
