本文用SDS-PAGE和活性电泳技术定性分析了河南省生物工程重点实验室研制的新型抗癌药的蛋白质和蛋白酶的种类和含量.结果表明:(1)文中方法能有效地浸提所用各材料中的有效成份;(2)不同材料所含蛋白质和蛋白酶种类有较大差异;(3)在连续浸提新型抗癌药有效成份过程中,第二次从各材料中浸提的蛋白酶活性高于第一次.综合分析表明,第二次浸提效果好于第一次.
In this paper, the types and contents of protein and protease of novel anti-cancer drugs developed by Henan Provincial Key Laboratory of Bioengineering were qualitatively analyzed by SDS-PAGE and electrophoresis. The results showed that: (1) The method in this paper can effectively extract the active ingredients of the materials used; (2) the different materials contain large differences in protein and protease types; (3) in the continuous extraction of new anticancer drug active ingredients In the process, the second time the protease activity was leached from each material was higher than the first time. Comprehensive analysis shows that the second leaching effect is better than the first time.
