本文以我国饭店管理公司的创新发展为研究对象,首先论述了管理创新的含义和有利因素,包括管理创新的有利因素和管理创新的含义;接下来指出了当下饭店集团在管理过程中出现的问题,包括饭店管理团队管理理念不够先进,饭店的运营管理方法运营效率不高,基层工作人员工作热情不高,各个部门之间权力分配不合理;文章的第三部分论述了饭店管理公司进行创新发展的原则,坚持以科学发展思想为指导,坚持以提高饭店和核心竞争力为工作目标,坚持目光长远化;最后指出了饭店管理公司进行创新发展的具体举措,第一是高层管理人员转变观念;第二是引进先进的管理方法和运营管理理念;第三是坚持提高基层管理人员的地位和权力;最后是完善各个部门的权利分配。希望本文可以为饭店管理公司的创新发展研究提供建设性意见。
