用于脊髓研究的5只氟中毒狗(神经系统正常)来自地方性氟中毒地区,而另5只健康狗来自非病区。用 Orion 氟离子电极法测定2组狗的24小时尿氟。2组狗的 X 线片列表于Ⅲ°之内。氟中毒狗做脊髓 X 线造影。仅将那些脊髓 X 线造影正常的狗列为研究对象。于腹膜内麻醉下对所有狗行椎板广泛切除术,切下的脊髓固定于福尔马林中。各狗于颈、背、腰部几乎同一水平切的脊髓断面以苏米素和伊红染色,研究前角细胞结构做了 N:sels 染色。氟中毒狗脊柱 X 线片4只显示Ⅰ°变,1只显示Ⅲ°变,5只狗的脊髓 X 线造影均未显示阻塞。
Five fluorosis dogs (normotensive) used in spinal cord studies were from endemic fluorosis, while the other five healthy dogs were from non-endemic areas. The 24-hour urinary fluoride of two groups of dogs was measured by Orion fluoride ion electrode method. 2 sets of dog X-ray film list in Ⅲ °. Fluorosis dogs do spinal cord radiography. Only those dogs with normal spinal cord radiography were included in the study. All dogs underwent extensive resection of the lamina under intraperitoneal anesthesia, and the excised spinal cord was fixed in formalin. Each dog in the neck, back, waist, cut at almost the same level of spinal cord sections with sumitin and eosin staining, the anterior horn cell structure was N: sels staining. Fluorosis dogs spine X-ray film 4 showed Ⅰ ° change, 1 showed Ⅲ ° change, 5 dogs spinal cord X-ray showed no obstruction.
