本文将碳排放因素纳入到全要素生产率的测度和分析框架,使用方向性距离函数和Malmquist-Luenberger指数测算了2000-2013年长江经济带全要素生产率,结果表明:(1)在节能减排约束下,CO_2排放造成了长江经济带全要素生产率的损失;(2)从时间视角分析,2000-2009年,长江经济带的M指数和ML指数都呈现出双峰一谷的“M”形特征,2009-2013年,长江经济带的M指数和ML指数均呈现出先上升后下降的“倒U型”;(3)从区域视角分析,下游区域的全要素生产率高于中上游区域,原因是下游区域技术进步和技术效率提升时,中游区域和下游区域却分别出现技术停滞不前和技术效率下降的问题。
In this paper, carbon emission factors are integrated into the measurement and analysis framework of total factor productivity. The total factor productivity of the Yangtze River Economic Belt (2000-2013) is calculated using directional distance function and Malmquist-Luenberger index.
