中国工会是由共产党领导的工人阶级群众组织,是联系党和职工群众的桥梁,代表着职工利益,工会对企业员工及整个企业的发展具有引导、制约和导向作用。企业工会在团结全体职工,教育引导职工推动企业和谐发展等方面具有极其重要的作用。目前,在经济、科技迅速发展的新形势下,越来越多的企业高度重视和谐企业的建设,在和谐企业建设中,如何充分发挥工会的教育引导作用成为企业关注的重点问题。本文通过分析工会在促进企业和谐发展过程中的作用,阐释了煤炭企业工会对职工的教育引导意义,并对工会如何教育引导职工推动企业和谐发展的问题做了具体的分析。
The Chinese trade union is a working-class mass organization led by the Communist Party. It is a bridge linking the party and the workers and the masses of the people, representing the interests of workers and staff members. The trade union has the guiding, restricting and guiding role for the development of employees and enterprises as a whole. Enterprise unions have an extremely important role in uniting all employees and educating and guiding staff and workers in promoting the harmonious development of enterprises. At present, under the new situation of rapid economic and technological development, more and more enterprises attach great importance to the construction of harmonious enterprises. How to give full play to the role of education and guidance of trade unions in the construction of harmonious enterprises has become a key issue that enterprises are concerned about. By analyzing the role of trade unions in promoting the harmonious development of enterprises, this paper explains the significance of trade unions in coal enterprises to the guidance of employees and makes a concrete analysis of how trade unions educate and guide staff to promote the harmonious development of enterprises.
