目的探讨雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)、血管内皮生成因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)在子宫内膜息肉组织与正常子宫内膜中的表达及意义。方法宫腔镜下观察并行子宫内膜息肉切除的患者40例,同时取同一患者非息肉部位内膜组织,石蜡包埋制成切片,HE染色按内膜的病理类型分为良性息肉增生组和增生期子宫内膜两组,符合条件的病例28例。用免疫组织化学方法测定ER、PR、VEGF、MVD含量,采用LeicaQ500IW图像分析仪进行测定,应用光密度值进行比较。结果息肉增生组ER、PR、VEGF、MVD含量高于增生期子宫内膜。结论患者子宫内膜息肉增生组和增生期子宫内膜的ER、PR、VEGF、MVD含量不同,VEGF在子宫内膜息肉的发生发展中占有重要地位。
Objective To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) in endometrial polyps Tissue and normal endometrium expression and significance. Methods Hysteroscopic observation of endometrial polyps in 40 cases of patients with endometrial polyps, at the same time take the same patient non-polyps intima tissue, embedded in paraffin sections, HE staining according to the pathological type of endometrial benign polyps group and Proliferative endometrial two groups, 28 cases of eligible cases. The contents of ER, PR, VEGF and MVD were determined by immunohistochemical method. The results were analyzed by Leica Q500IW image analyzer and the optical density values were compared. Results Polyps hyperplasia group ER, PR, VEGF, MVD content higher than proliferative endometrium. Conclusion The contents of ER, PR, VEGF and MVD in endometrial polyps and proliferative endometrium are different, and VEGF plays an important role in the development of endometrial polyps.
