高校财务管理工作是学校工作的重要组成部分,在高等教育事业中占有举足轻重的地位。本文主要就当前高校财务管理方面:缺乏完善的内部管理制度,内部控制制度不健全;盲目扩建、购置、引进教学资源,办学资金浪费严重;高校财务管理缺乏风险意识;预算编制不完善,预算执行不力;缺乏财务管理意识,财务人员素质不高等一些问题做了简要的分析,并在此基础上提出相应的解决对策。 University financial management is an important part of school work, occupying a decisive position in the cause of higher education.
