民办院校有些学生党员存在着理论素养缺乏、理想信念淡漠,宗旨观念不强、责任意识淡漠,奉献精神缺乏、功利心态较重等问题;而学生党员的教育管理则存在着教育内容空洞、载体了无新意,管理制度粗疏、执行力偏柔性,过度教育管理、忽视服务功用等问题。文章在分析出现上述问题的原因的基础上,提出通过完善教育机制、创新管理机制、引进激励机制和建立约束机制等,以期增强民办院校学生党员的教育管理效果。 Some student party members in private colleges have problems such as the lack of theoretical accomplishment, the indifference of ideal and belief, the weak concept of purpose, the indifferent sense of responsibility, the lack of dedication and the heavier utilitarian mentality. However, there are some problems in the educational management of student party members such as the empty education contents, Undesirable, poor management system, executive flexibility, excessive education management, neglect of service functions and other issues. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the above problems, this paper proposes to improve the educational management effect of student party members in non-governmental institutions by improving the educational mechanism, innovating the management mechanism, introducing the incentive mechanism and establishing the restraint mechanism.
