Objective To explore the qualities that the medical personnel should possess. Methods The use of retrospective experience, experience, summed up in the medical record since the daily trivial details. As a result, the day-to-day training of the medical staff directly affects the enthusiasm and quality of service. Conclusion Outstanding qualities shape quality services.
