机体衰老、功能减弱及器官的组织结构的不同对毒物引起损伤的反应也不相同。现将我们与此问题有关的部分工作简报如下。选择Wistar大白鼠60只,按年龄分成两组:24月龄(老年组)24只,3月龄(青年组)36只,雌雄兼有。分别一次性腹腔注射大肠杆菌内毒素3mg/kg和10mg/kg,老龄组分别为6、12只;青年组分别为14、16只。正常对照组各为6只。注射毒素后24小时处死,取心、肺、肝、脾、肾,部分动物取肾上腺,10%福
The aging of the body, the weakened function, and the different tissue structure of the organ respond differently to poison-induced damage. Here is a brief summary of some of our work related to this issue. 60 Wistar rats were selected and divided into two groups according to age: 24 at 24 months of age (elderly group) and 36 at 3 months of age (youth group), both males and females. A single intraperitoneal injection of E. coli endotoxin 3mg/kg and 10mg/kg, 6 and 12 in the aging group, and 14 and 16 in the young group, respectively.
