针对砚北煤矿3 000 m长距离单巷道掘进过程中,采用2×30 kW局部通风机出现后期供风量不足,矿井一度采掘接续失衡的情况。对选用超大功率4×37 kW的FBDY型通风机进行了试验研究,结果表明:该通风机能有效实现对掘进工作面的长距离、大功率风量输送,使巷道温度比原2×30 kW对旋局部通风机下降了2℃以上,有效风量提高了57.91%。
In the process of 3 000 m long distance single-lane tunneling in Yanbei Coal Mine, the 2 × 30 kW local ventilator was used to provide insufficient air supply in the late stage, and once the coal mine was mined and unbalanced. The experimental study on the FBDY ventilator with 4 × 37 kW super high power is carried out. The results show that this ventilator can effectively realize the long distance and high power air delivery to the tunneling face, and the temperature of the roadway is more than that of the original 2 × 30 kW Local fan down more than 2 ℃, effective air volume increased 57.91%.
