针对飞机多次发生起落架高、低压腔失压现象,造成严重质量问题,通过采取理论分析、故障树分析和故障复现等方法,确定失压机理,提出了充气活门组件卡滞,拧紧力矩过大和外壳变形量控制的技术改进方案。经试验验证表明,改进后的充气活门有效解决了起落架失压现象,保障了飞机飞行安全。
Aiming at the multiple occurrences of landing gear high pressure and low pressure chamber pressure loss of aircraft, causing serious quality problems, the mechanism of pressure loss was determined by theoretical analysis, fault tree analysis and fault reappearance. Torque is too large and the shell deformation control technology improvement program. The experimental verification shows that the improved inflatable valve effectively solves the undercarriage pressure loss and ensures the flight safety of the aircraft.
