目的观察重组人表皮细胞生长因子(rhEGF)对残余创面的效果。方法对15例严重手部挤压伤患者的残余创面采用常规处理的同时喷上rhEGF。创面隔日换药一次。结果本组14例患者治疗2-3天后,局部创面渗出减少,一周后创面明显缩小,平均10-15天创面闭合,仅有1例患者改用植皮手术治疗。均无出现不良反应,未发现创面过度增生的发生。结论rhEGF对残余创面效果满意。 Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) on residual wounds. Methods The residual wounds of 15 patients with severe crush injury were treated with rhEGF at the same time. Dressing dressing every other day. Results After treatment for 2-3 days, 14 patients in this group reduced the exudation of the local wounds. After one week, the wounds were significantly reduced. On average, the wounds were closed for 10-15 days and only 1 patient was treated by skin grafting. No adverse reactions, no occurrence of wound hyperplasia was found. Conclusion rhEGF is satisfactory for residual wounds.
