对运用柴油机实施状态监测和故障诊断,及时发现和排除故障,是保证机车安全、经济运行的有效手段。本文提出用柴油机的功率、燃油消耗率、排气温度、柴油机及增压器转速等作为特征参数,利用模糊理论对柴油机状态进行综合评判的方法,并介绍了有关参数的测量。在仪器设计中,采用了 虚拟仪器“技术,使仪器具有原理先进,操作使用简单,功能扩展方便,可实现一机多用等优点。本文提出的诊断方法和设计思想对从事内燃机车检测诊断工作的人员,有一定的参考价值
