目的:建立高效液相色谱法来测定氨酚伪麻片含量的试验方法。方法:色谱条件:色谱柱为C18柱(4.0 mm×150 mm,5um);流动相为甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾-三乙胺(15:85:0.02),用磷酸调p H至3.4;流速1.2 ml/min;检测波长为254 nm;进样量为10μl。结果:盐酸伪麻黄碱在2.1-20.0ug/ml、对乙酞氨基酚50.0-100.0ug/ml的浓度范围内与峰面积呈现出良好的线性关系。盐酸伪麻黄碱的回收率为100.3%,RSD=0.79%;对乙酰氨基酚的回收率为99.5%,RSD=0.71%(n=10)。结论:本实验的方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,能够作为氨酚伪麻片的含量的测定方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paracetamol pseudoephedrine content of test methods. Methods: Chromatographic conditions were as follows: the column was C18 column (4.0 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was methanol-0.05 mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-triethylamine To 3.4; flow rate 1.2 ml / min; detection wavelength 254 nm; injection volume 10μl. Results: Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 2.1-20.0ug / ml and 50.0-100.0ug / ml of acetaminophen. The recovery of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was 100.3% with RSD = 0.79%. The recovery of acetaminophen was 99.5% with RSD of 0.71% (n = 10). Conclusion: The method of this experiment is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as a method for the determination of paracetamol and pseudoephedrine.
