当前我国民营企业创始人大部分已经处于高龄,民营企业处于密集交班阶段。交班后民营企业创始人是否继续干预企业管理,干预的效果如何?本文在对国内民营企业调查研究的基础上,构建了民营企业创始人“退隐”后干预机制模型,并对民营企业创始人干预的动机、干预的效果进行了分析和评价。
