自1982年以来,我们采用宫颈内口缝扎术治疗因宫颈松弛引起的晚期习惯性流产,取得满意的疗效,现将资料完整的36例报告如下。资料与方法一、一般资料 36例中,年龄24～38岁,孕次3～7次,流产3～5次,妊娠14～28周。检查宫颈情况宫颈外份18例,其中分娩巨大胎儿行产钳术助产4例,第1胎行人工流产扩宫致宫颈裂伤14例。先天性宫颈缺陷18例,其中宫颈短小14例,宫颈管轻度内翻3例,双宫颈双阴道1例。二、指征凡因宫颈松弛引起的晚期习惯性流产,即孕14～28周,流产在2～3次以上,并确定胎儿
Since 1982, we have adopted cervical suture to treat late habitual abortion caused by cervical relaxation, and achieved satisfactory results. We report the following as complete data of 36 cases.
