目的探讨黄蒲通窍胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织核因子-κB(NF-κB)影响的机制。方法制作线栓法大脑中动脉栓塞所致的血管性痴呆大鼠模型,观察各组大鼠脑组织NFκB的变化。结果4周后模型组大鼠NF-κB表达明显增高,而中药组NF-κB明显降低,并均有显者性差异(P<0.01)。结论黄蒲通窍胶囊可能通过下调NF-κB的表达,产生脑保护和抑制神经细胞凋亡的作用,最终起到改善VD大鼠学习记忆障碍的作用。推测这可能是该方治疗血管性痴呆的重要机制。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Huangpu Tongfu capsule on the brain nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) in vascular dementia rats. Methods The model of vascular dementia induced by middle cerebral artery embolization was established by thread embolism, and the changes of brain NFκB in rats were observed. Results After 4 weeks, the expression of NF-κB in the model group was significantly increased, but the NF-κB in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly reduced, and all had significant differences (P<0.01). Conclusion Huangpu Tongyu capsule may play a role in improving the brain protection and inhibiting the apoptosis of nerve cells by down-regulating the expression of NF-κB, and finally it can improve the learning and memory impairment of VD rats. It is speculated that this may be an important mechanism for this party to treat vascular dementia.
