芽胞在培养过程中,生长期、培养基成份或其他条件的不同,可使其对热、消毒剂以至电离辐射等的抗力有所改变。作者为观察不同龄期芽胞对过氧化氢、过氧乙酸及热(100℃)的抗性,选用两种枯草杆菌(SA22和globigii B17)进行了试验。SA 22菌株接种于Oxoid CM~3营养琼脂
