近年来,随着美军军事战略的调整和作战样式的变化,美军对其领导品格培养愈发重视,培养对象的范围也日益扩大,并形成了高度注重个性因素的培养认知和自由放任的培养方式。但从实际效果来看并不尽如人意,因为其理论假设的前提就存在着重大缺陷。总的来说,美军的该项工作是存在着争议和并不成功的,其中的经验教训值得我军关注。
In recent years, with the readjustment of the U.S. military’s military strategy and the changes in its combat style, the U.S. military has been paying increasing attention to its leadership character development and has also expanded the scope of training its target audiences.
