通过理论分析和计算确定了筒形机匣等温精密模锻时模具的加热温度,制定出正确的加热方案,并根据实际需要设计并选择了合理、可行的加热装置。开发了有限元热场分析的计算程序,并对筒形机匣等温精锻模具进行了热场分析,模拟了模具的动态及稳态温度场状况,验证了加热装置及方案设计的正确、可行性。该程序的开发和应用为等温模锻时确定模具的加热温度提供了新的理论依据和方法。
Through the theoretical analysis and calculation, the heating temperature of the mold during isothermal precision die forging is determined and the correct heating scheme is worked out. According to the actual needs, a reasonable and feasible heating device is designed and selected. The calculation program of finite element thermal field analysis was developed. The thermal field analysis of the cylinder casing isothermal precision forging die was carried out. The dynamic and steady state temperature field of the die was simulated. The correctness and feasibility of the heating device and the scheme design were verified Sex. The development and application of the program provides a new theoretical basis and method for determining the heating temperature of the mold during isothermal forging.
