我队柴松朋组全体职工,通过八届八中全会文件的学习,在反右倾、鼓干劲、开展增产节约运动中,响应党委号召,干劲冲天,大干九月份,在九级花岗斑岩与十级闪长岩中掘进,创手掘队月效率46．16米的纪录,完成国家计划36米的128%,工程质量满足地质要求,因而光荣地被评为全队的标兵组。取得上述成绩的主要原因,除党的正确领导和群众的冲天干劲外,他们在坚硬岩层快速掘进方面还采取了如下几项措施。
