大庆石油管理局油田安装工程公司是国家化工石油一级资质施工企业。现有职工4332人,各类专业技术管理人员891人,占职工总数的20.5％。固定资产原值2.19亿元,净值1.58亿元,其中设备资产原值2.16亿元,净值1.56亿元,共有设备1965台(套)。全员技术装备率3.6万元/人,全员动力装备率16.4千瓦/人,设备新度系数0.72,年可自行完成建安工作量5亿元以上。
