目前,CBN砂轮的使用量不断增加,但在日本却很少用它来磨削刀具,主要原因是工具磨床的刚性较低.难以发挥其特有的性能。Tool & Production 1982年2月号刊出《用CBN砂轮磨削滚刀的效果》一文,兹将其中的有关数据摘出,以供参考。所用磨床为西德Kapp公司的A5305T滚刀磨床,磨削液为Garia—T,用四个喷咀以35~40gPm的流量直接供给砂轮和工件,以防止出现热损伤。试验结果表明,最适合的砂轮是直径为8时、采用树脂结合剂的CBN Ⅱ型砂轮。砂轮上有一层金属涂层.导热性能良好。粒度为150~#,结合度为100,CBN磨料层厚度为1/16时,
