所有的旋流杯结构均为一级多斜孔和二级径向直叶片,喷嘴均为单油路离心喷嘴.为了研究旋流杯空气雾化喷嘴一级旋流数对小型燃烧室点火性能的影响,采用单头部矩形回流燃烧室,在进口为常温常压、燃烧室压降为0.5%~5%的条件下,对3个一级旋流数不同的旋流杯进行了点火实验.实验结果表明:一级旋流数对点火性能影响明显,相同压降下,一定变化范围内,一级旋流数的增加影响了下游流场的分布,有利于火核沿回流区向上游传播,并在旋流杯出口形成稳焰,因此一级强旋旋流杯点火性能更好.
