高职学生的年龄比较小,正处于年轻气盛的阶段,需要老师对他们进行鼓励,激励他们的行为,肯定他们的表现。如何有效运用激励的方式来提升高职院校的教育教学水平,是当前高职院校的教育工作者所应该着重思考的。本文就激励方式在高职学生管理当中的应用展开讨论,当前在工作中存在着激励方式应用形式过于单一,奖励机制不公正,以及带班老师对于激励方式的理解不够全面等三个问题,并针对以上问题提出了要以学生为中心制定奖惩机制,加强奖惩机制的可操作性改进,以及对于一线的管理学生进行卓有成效的培训等解决途径等。本文旨在通过有益的探索和讨论为推动当前激励方式在高职学生管理过程当中的应用。
Higher vocational students are relatively young and are at a young and energetic stage, requiring teachers to encourage them, motivating them and affirming their performance. How to effectively use the encouragement method to improve the education and teaching level in higher vocational colleges is a question that educators in vocational colleges should pay attention to. This article discusses the application of incentive mode in the management of higher vocational students. At present, there are three problems: the form of incentive application is too simple, the incentive mechanism is unfair, and the teacher in charge of class does not fully understand the incentive mode. The above issues put forward that it is necessary to set up a reward and punishment mechanism centered on the students, enhance the operational improvement of the reward and punishment mechanism, and provide effective solutions to first-line management of students. The purpose of this paper is to promote the application of the current incentive methods in the management of higher vocational students through useful exploration and discussion.
