１３６名接触石棉工人分为吸烟组和不吸烟组，作肺功能测定，结果表明，吸烟组ＦＥＶ１，ＦＥＶ１／ＦＶＣ、ＤＬｃｏ明显低于不吸烟组；吸烟组中ＦＥＶ１／ＦＶＣ、ＤＬｃｏ异常者多于不吸烟组；两组ＶＣ、ＦＶＣ无显著差异。运动试验结果：吸烟组ＩＤ显著高于，ＢＲ显著低于不吸烟组，吸烟组Ｖｏ２、Ｖｏ２ｍｏｚ明显低于不吸烟组。说明吸烟不仅可引起石棉接触工人阻塞性通气功能损害和弥散量进一步降低，还可致运动时心受限。
136 asbestos workers were divided into smoking group and non-smoking group for lung function test. The results showed that FEV1, FEV1 / FVC and DLco in smoking group were significantly lower than those in non-smoking group. Abnormal FEV1 / FVC and DLco in smoking group were more than No smoking group; two groups of VC, FVC no significant difference. Exercise test results: smoking group ID was significantly higher, BR was significantly lower than non-smoking group, smoking group Vo2, Vo2moz was significantly lower than non-smoking group. That smoking can not only cause asbestos exposure to workers obstructive ventilatory dysfunction and further reduce the amount of dispersion, but also caused movement limitation.
