采用响应面法对双极膜电渗析分离发酵液中乳酸的工艺条件进行了优化。根据四元二次中心组合原理设计实验确定最佳分离条件,并对各工艺条件之间的交互影响进行了研究。结果表明:乳酸的最佳分离条件为:电压22.74V,进料体积比为1.63,出料室初始乳酸浓度为12.58g/L,流量为25.88L/h。升高电压的同时减小流量,或者降低出料室初始乳酸浓度的同时降低进料体积比,均有利于提高乳酸回收率。
Response surface methodology was used to optimize the process conditions for the separation of lactic acid from the fermentation broth by bipolar membrane electrodialysis. According to the quaternary quadratic center combination principle design experiment to determine the optimal separation conditions, and the interaction between the various process conditions were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the separation of lactic acid were as follows: voltage 22.74V, feed volume ratio 1.63, initial lactate concentration 12.58g / L and flow rate 25.88L / h. Increasing the voltage while decreasing the flow rate, or reducing the initial lactic acid concentration in the discharge chamber while reducing the feed volume ratio, are conducive to raising the lactic acid recovery rate.
