随着新课程改革不断深入,教研活动广泛开展,观摩课、研讨课、评优课等形式的公开课层出不穷。但冷静地观察与思考后可以发现,教学中经常会出现一些貌似遵循新课程改革要求,实质上背离新课程改革理念的现象。一些教师在课堂教学设计、多媒体的使用、小组合作学习的组织、学生评价等方面存在认识和实践上的误区,产生了种种负面效应。这些负面效应需要我们加以反思和预防。
With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform, teaching and research activities have been carried out in an extensive and open class such as observation class, seminar class and evaluation class. However, after observing and thinking calmly, we can find that there often appear some phenomena in teaching that appear to follow the requirements of the new curriculum reform and actually deviate from the concept of the new curriculum reform. Some teachers have some misunderstandings in the aspects of classroom instruction design, use of multimedia, organization of group cooperative learning, student evaluation and so on, resulting in various negative effects. These negative effects need our reflection and prevention.
