随着近年来我国城市化进程的加速推进,由于建筑物使用功能的多元化和外观造型的艺术化,给建筑物的混凝土结构提出了更高的要求,也因此造就了越来越多的超常规结构。而这些超常规的混凝土结构,往往具有跨度大、高度高以及自重大等特点,这同时也给房建工程的施工质量控制提出了更高的要求。因此当前施工单位和相关工程管理人员必须以项目基本情况和施工质量控制理论为基础,优化配置和整合房建工程的人、财、物,进而合理科学控制房建工程施工质量问题,并从根本上提升房建施工质量。
