思想道德教育是素质教育的核心、灵魂。实施思想道德教育是帮助学生树立崇高道德理想、科学信念、正确人生观和良好道德品质的需要。在新的历史时期,农村中学思想道德教育面临着新的挑战。本文指出农村中学思想道德教育现状存在的不足,即对思想道德教育重要性认识不足;教育形式单调、方法落后;专职教师队伍不健全,素质有待提高;社会、家庭、学校教育未能有机结合。在此基础上提出了遵循思想道德教育的基础原则,解决农村中学思想道德教育问题的一些实际对策。 Ideological and moral education is the core of quality education and soul. To carry out ideological and moral education is to help students to establish their own moral ideals, scientific beliefs, correct outlook on life and good moral qualities. In the new historical period, the moral education in rural middle school faces new challenges. This article points out the insufficiency of present situation of ideological and moral education in rural middle schools, that is, the lack of understanding of the importance of ideological and moral education; the monotonous and backward methods of education; the contingent of full-time teachers is not perfect and the qualities need to be improved; the education of society, families and schools fails to combine organically. On this basis, we put forward some practical countermeasures to follow the basic principle of ideological and moral education and solve the problem of ideological and moral education in rural middle schools.
