人事档案是人才信息的主要来源,它是记录和反映个人经历、德才能绩、工作表现、奖惩情况、行为轨迹,以及历史背景及其经历重大事件的重要载体,是知人善任,选贤举能的重要依据。随着我国社会主义市场经济体制改革以及人事制度改革的不断深入,人员频繁流动,人事档案工作的作用也日显重要,但随之出现的种种弊端也给社会的发展带来了一系列的问题。因而,改进人事档案工作也成了现今社会进步的重要步骤之一。
Personnel files are the main source of talent information. It is an important carrier of recording and reflecting personal experiences, achievements of professionals and deputies, work performance, rewards and punishment, behavioral trajectories, historical background and major events experienced by them. Can be an important basis. With the reform of China’s socialist market economy and the continuous deepening of the personnel system reform, the frequent movement of personnel and the role of personnel files have become increasingly important. However, the attendant drawbacks have brought a series of problems to the development of society . Therefore, improving personnel files has also become an important step in today’s social progress.
