目的:探究病理技术质量控制常见的问题,并制定出针对性的措施。方法:对病理技术实施质量控制,具体包括技术人员的定期培训,如病理标本的制作、HE切片的制作、临床试剂知识的储备等,以及对每位患者进行电子档案的记录和对患者使用的检查单进行优化,观察病理技术质量控制实施后HE切片的优劣率变化和对病理标本污染情况变化。结果:病理技术质量控制实施后,HE切片的优质率明显提高,病理标本污染率明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:病理技术对医院的发展具有重要意义,对患者的康复与治疗具有显著性意义。
Objective: To explore the common problems of quality control of pathology and to develop specific measures. METHODS: Quality control of pathology was performed, including regular training of technicians such as making of pathological specimens, making of HE sections, stocking of clinical reagents, etc., as well as recording of each patient’s electronic records and their use in patients Checklist to optimize, observe the pathological and technical quality control after the implementation of HE slice changes in the advantages and disadvantages of the rate of changes in the pathological specimens of pollution. Results: After the quality control of pathology technique was implemented, the quality of HE slices increased obviously, and the contamination rate of pathological specimens decreased significantly with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Pathology is of great significance to the development of the hospital and has significant significance to the rehabilitation and treatment of the patients.
