利用红外发射二极管和光敏三极管设计机床安全保护电路。该电路由直流稳压电源、红外检测、执行模块4部分组成。当操作员身体因不当操作进入危险区域时会遮断红外光束,保护装置立即启动使机床停车,从而保护操作人员人身安全。电路结构简单,调试容易,适合在冲压机、切削机等设备上安装使用。
Using infrared emitting diodes and phototransistor design machine safety protection circuit. The circuit consists of DC power supply, infrared detection, the implementation of the module 4 parts. When the operator enters the danger zone due to improper operation, the infrared light beam will be cut off. The protection device immediately starts to stop the machine and thus protects the personal safety of the operator. Circuit structure is simple, easy to debug, suitable for stamping machines, cutting machines and other equipment installed on the use.
