研究了 Zn在含有少量 Ce Cl3的 NH4 Cl溶液中的缓蚀作用。表面分析和 Tafel极化曲线结果表明 :Zn获得缓蚀作用是由于在其表面形成含铈的氢氧化物和 Ce O2 的复合膜。这层膜大大降低了阴极反应速度 ,提高锌电极的极化性 ,达到保护锌的作用。
The corrosion inhibition of Zn in NH4Cl solution containing a small amount of CeCl3 was studied. The results of surface analysis and Tafel polarization curves show that the corrosion inhibition effect of Zn is due to the formation of a composite film of cerium-containing hydroxide and Ce O2 on its surface. This film greatly reduces the cathode reaction rate, improve the polarization of zinc electrode, to protect the role of zinc.
