在500mL反应釜中进行CO气氛下玉米秆水热液化实验,主要考察4种碱性催化剂(NaOH、KOH、Na2CO3和K2CO3)对水热液化过程的影响,采用氢核磁(H-NMR)和红外光谱(FT-IR)等手段对液相产物进行分析。实验结果表明:在反应温度为380℃、反应时间为30min的条件下,这些催化剂均能有效促进生物质的水热液化,可使玉米秆液化的总转化率由82.3%提高到93.3%~98.9%;液相产物产率为35.41%~40.71%,保留了原料中63.77%~65.54%的C元素、55.99%~65.48%的H元素、7.51%~9.35%的O元素以及78.91%~82.32%的热量;碳酸盐的催化活性高于氢氧化物,Na的催化活性高于K;催化剂能使液相产物H/C比及热值升高、O含量降低,这可能是由于催化剂促进了CO的直接脱氧及水气变换产生活泼氢的过程;不同催化剂所对应液相产物品质相差不大,表明这些碱性催化剂可能遵循相似的催化机理。
The effects of four basic catalysts (NaOH, KOH, Na2CO3 and K2CO3) on the hydrothermal liquefaction process were investigated in a 500mL autoclave under the CO atmosphere. Hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance (H-NMR) and infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) and other means of liquid products were analyzed. The experimental results show that these catalysts can effectively promote the hydrothermal liquefaction of biomass under the conditions of reaction temperature of 380 ℃ and reaction time of 30 min, and the total conversion of corn stover liquefaction can be increased from 82.3% to 93.3% -98.9 %; The yield of the liquid product is 35.41% -40.71%, retaining 63.77% -65.54% of the C element, 55.99% -65.48% of the H element, 7.51% -9.35% of the O element and 78.91% -82.32% The catalytic activity of carbonate is higher than that of hydroxide and the catalytic activity of Na is higher than that of K; the catalyst can increase the H / C ratio and calorific value of the liquid phase product and the O content decreases, which may be due to the catalyst promoting The direct deoxygenation of CO and the transformation of water to gas lead to the formation of active hydrogen. The quality of liquid products corresponding to different catalysts is not different, suggesting that these basic catalysts may follow a similar catalysis mechanism.
