本文回顾了贵州省民族立法的全面情况及民族立法为民族自治地方带来的显著效益和成绩。同时指出了民族立法工作进展还不平衡和存在的不足。对修改后的《民族区域自治法》的特点和将起到的积极作用进行了论述，并对民族立法工作提出了建议。
This article reviews the comprehensive situation of ethnic legislation in Guizhou Province and the significant benefits and achievements national legislation has brought to ethnic autonomous areas. At the same time, it points out the unbalanced and existing problems in the progress of the national legislation. The characteristics of the amended “Law of Regional Autonomy for Ethnic Minorities” and the positive role that it will play are discussed. Suggestions on the legislation of ethnic minorities are put forward.
