用漂浮导管对27例肺心病和慢阻肺病患者进行运动前后血流动力学监测,并应用肺阻抗血流图进行右心收缩时间间期(RSTI)测定。结果发现:运动试验对肺心病患者的右室射血期(RVET)和PEP/RVET有明显影响;肺心病组及慢阻肺病组运动前后肺动脉平均压(PAPm)有非常显著变化;PEP/RVET比值与PAPm之间有较好的相关。认为PEP/RVET比值是无创伤性且较敏感的心功能检查指标,对右心功能不全的早期诊断有较大的临床价值。
27 patients with pulmonary heart disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were monitored with floating catheter before and after exercise hemodynamics, and pulmonary impedance blood flow diagram was used to measure right ventricular contraction time (RSTI). The results showed that exercise test significantly affected right ventricular ejection fraction (RVET) and PEP / RVET in patients with cor pulmonale; pulmonary arterial pressure (PAPm) in patients with chronic cor pulmonale and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease had significant changes before and after exercise; PEP / RVET There is a good correlation between the ratio and PAPm. That the PEP / RVET ratio is noninvasive and more sensitive cardiac function tests, the early diagnosis of right ventricular dysfunction have a greater clinical value.
