Coronary artery dissection and acute myocardial infarction(AMI) after blunt chest trauma (BCT) has rarely been reported1,2.This report describes two cases of the left anterior descending(LAD) artery dissection and AMI after BCT,successfully treated with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and they discharged without complications.
