我院1987年以来采用冷冻方法治疗尖锐湿疣患者共17例,收到显著效果,报导如下: 一、一般资料:17例患者中,男性11例,女性6例;年龄均在20～32岁之间;多数有不正当的性接触关系,康.华氏反应除一例阳性外其余均为阴性。二、临床表现:病变部位男性多发生于包皮、冠状沟和肛门附近,女性多发生于小阴唇的粘膜、会阴部和肛门附近。病变损害:小到菜籽,尖端发白如绒毛;大到蚕豆,质地
In our hospital since 1987, the treatment of condyloma acuminatum patients with a total of 17 cases, received significant results, reported as follows: First, the general information: 17 patients, 11 males and 6 females; all aged 20 to 32 years old Most of them had improper sexual contact. Kang’s Fahrenheit reaction was negative except for one positive case. Second, the clinical manifestations: lesions occurred in the men more than the foreskin, coronary sulcus and anus, the female occurred in the labia minora mucosa, perineum and near the anus.
