本文以企业核心能力与持续竞争优势为根本出发点,以战略调整的成本效益分析为主线,按照环境、管理认知的动态性——创新——组织内部核心能力跃迁——竞争优势的动态演化——战略调整的成本效益分析——行为——市场绩效的逻辑思维链进行理论阐释,并分析我国企业由“制度适应”向“市场博弈”的过渡期,即企业从对政策制度的被动适应过渡到由市场机制配置资本资源达到最优化或帕累托改进的过程,企业相机抉择地进行战略调整的成本效益分析,在较大程度上取决于企业由“制度适应”向“市场博弈”过渡的动态环境和动态管理认知中的效率。
