目的探讨低场MRI对膝关节软骨损伤的诊断价值并讨论其损伤机制及成像方法。方法搜集30例膝部疼痛患者的MRI资料,10例无明显外伤史,20例有外伤史;分别采用自旋回波（SES）、快速自旋回波（FSE）、梯度回波（GRE）和反转恢复（IR）序列成像,矢状位及冠状位为常规扫描观察断面,横断位作为补充。结果 30例患者41处软骨出现形态或内部结构信号异常,包括软骨形态正常,信号异常;软骨表面锯齿状凹陷、波浪状缺损;重度压缩变扁、断裂、向骨质内塌陷,部分消失。信号异常在SES序列T1WI表现为等信号或不规则低信号,
