According to the theory of traditionalChinese medicine(TCM),Blood and Qi(vitalenergy)are closely related,the formation andcirculation of Blood depending upon Qi whilethe formation and distribution of Qi relatesto Blood.Clinically, deficiency or stagnationof Qi often leads to stasis of Blood~1.In thisstudy we used hemorheological method toinvestigate the relationship between defi-ciency of Qi(DQ)and stasis of Blood(SB),also the effect of traditional Chinese medi-cinal herbs on reinforcing vital energy inhemorheological changes.
