目的:建立HPLC法测定盐酸异丙肾上腺素注射液的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil~(TM) C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.005 mol·L~(-)庚烷磺酸钠(pH 3.0)-甲醇(65:35),流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长280 nm,柱温35℃。结果:盐酸异丙肾上腺素在0.02~2 mg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=7),平均回收率为99.7%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,专属性好,可用于盐酸异丙肾上腺素注射液的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of isoproterenol hydrochloride injection. METHODS: Diamonsil TM C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.005 mol·L ~ (-) sodium heptane sulfonate (pH 3.0) -methanol ), Flow rate 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1), detection wavelength 280 nm, column temperature 35 ℃. Results: The isoproterenol hydrochloride showed good linearity (r = 0.999 9, n = 7) in the range of 0.02-2 mg · ml -1 with an average recovery rate of 99.7% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and specific, and can be used for the determination of isoproterenol hydrochloride injection.
