历史刚刚跨过2000这个让人疯狂的数字,在大多数中国人还没有搞清楚什么是信息时代的时候,“网络时代”已经劈头盖脸地向我们冲了过来。一贯就不安分的那一部分中国人转眼间就成了这个时代的领导者。他们的成功史,简直就是那些从美国传来的让人啧舌的神话的翻征。“老虎理论”比喻网络经济中的企业,就像和老虎赛跑的人,虽然不会比老虎跑得快,但跑得比别人快些就不会被先吃掉。中国的网络经济似乎还没到这种地步,那些在电视和报纸上频频闪现的网络公司,实际上是在拼命追赶那只老虎,并且想要拉住它的尾巴。让人欣慰的是,尽管他们跑得很匆忙,中国的网络经济还是朝着健康的方向前进了不少,至少网上学习的发展是这样的。1月12日在北京新世纪酒店召开的新闻发布会上,“洪恩在线”(http://www.hongen.com)的正式开通就证明了这一点。
History has just crossed the crazy number of 2000. When most Chinese people have not yet figured out what is the information age, the “Internet age” has rushed to us. The part of the Chinese people who have always been uneasy has become the leader of this era. Their history of success is simply a verdict of the tongue-blowing myths from the United States. The “tiger theory” metaphor in the network economy in the enterprise, just like the people who race with the tiger, although it will not run faster than the tiger, but run faster than others will not be eaten first. China’s internet economy does not seem to be enough yet. Internet companies that flashed on television and newspapers are actually catching up with the tiger and trying to hold its tail.
