食管血管瘤因对其认识不足，故临床报道少见。我院自１９９８年４月至１９９９年７月间，行胃镜检查３６９５例中检出５８例，占１．８％，现报道如下。１．临床资料本组５８例中男１９例，女３９例，男：女之比为１２．０５；年龄２８～７４岁，平均５１．２岁。２．伴发疾病?
