基层医疗卫生机构制度分配改革的难点和重点就在绩效工资改革工作上。作为基层医疗卫生机构卫生改革的发展时期所诞生的产物,其绩效工资给现代基层医疗卫生机构发展所带来的影响是十分重要的,在我国基层医疗卫生产业改革发展的过程中,其基层医疗卫生机构必须将员工的传统观念进行改革,树立起新的思想观念。本文重点论述了基层医疗卫生机构绩效工资实施成效的研究情况。
